We got a last-minute invite to the O's game tonight. It was pretty chilly, and they lost pretty badly, but we still had a good time!
Spring flowers
Nicolas has been able to balance on this bike for a while, so we took the training wheels off sometime last year.
However, he could not get himself to start or stop the bike on his own. He would just get frustrated with it. In his defense, this bike really is heavier than most kids' bikes and that doesn't help matters. Either way, I bribed him $5 to learn to ride on his own on this beautiful sunny day and he did just that. He's now officially a bike rider, though he's still a bit wobbly.
It was the perfect spring day, temps in the 80s and sunny! There was just no way we were going to eat lunch inside. It was a day to soak up each and every bit of it and we did just that!
